"Thank you for the smooth transition we
experienced in our recent upgrade. The results far
exceeded our expectations. The speed is awesome, which
more than justifies the cost of the system. Employee
time saving will more than regain the cost incurred
within 6 months. Furthermore, we will now be able to
expand our hours/work-load without additional staffing.
Cost savings in employee time reduction are
experienced daily in entering charges, payments and
posting. Monthly timesaving was experienced for the
first time in statement processing, generating reports
especially in Accounts Receivable. Reports that
previously took anywhere from 1 to 3 hours can now be
accomplished in 3 to 15 minutes. Monthly closing which
normally took all night was completed in 22 minutes.
Our only regret is that we had not followed through
with the update a few years ago. The advantage would
have enabled us to increase volume with out adding
additional staff. We have learned that it is more cost
efficient to invest in updating equipment rather than
increasing staff hours.
